I am an Integrated/Organic/Humanistic counsellor, working in Edinburgh and on-line. I work with trauma and grief/loss, working closely with those effected by suicide or murder. I have a history of working in trauma informed/loss/general therapy.

I am also an experimental therapist, using many different modalities, theories, and what’s happening in the room during sessions. I am gentle, caring but also curious about my clients, who they are and what is going on under the surface. I work with parts and the client as a person.

I am a flexible and confident person who enjoys working with people and helping them change and grow. I also understand how hard this process can be. I offer an integrated therapy session, I challenge my clients and help them find answers, I believe that all clients have the answers and the skills, but sometimes need support in finding that. I have experience with working with children and adults. I also offer pet therapy (where practical). I am an open and honest person who believes in challenge to encourage change. I use many tools from all therapies.

I am LGBT+ friendly, and as a neurodiverse therapist, I welcome and support neurodiverse clients. I also work with those from the poly community.
